Volunteering at The Archer

We want you!

The Archer is a purely voluntary organisation run by members of the community. We receive no funding from outside sources and no member of the team receives any payment. Our printing costs are covered by advertisers and kind donations from the public.

We are always on the lookout for new members to:

• write
• research
• edit
• take photos
• deliver
• or simply to come up with new ideas.

Do you have skills which you think we could use - or would you like to learn a new skill working with us?

Meetings

The Archer team meets in East Finchley Constitutional Club, The Walks, N28DE at 7pm on the first Wednesday of the month. Why not come down and meet us - or e-mail us if you would like to talk to someone first.

It's more than just a newspaper

The Archer has a stall at East Finchley Festival every year, but it's not always hard work! We have social events, meals out and barbecues throughout the year.
